By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
03Information on this website
The website describes our products and services in general terms. It is not legal, financial, security or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. What a product or service includes for a particular client, and how it is deployed, is set out in the agreement for that engagement.
The sample reports show the structure of the reports our products generate. They are specimens and contain no client, case or collection data.
04Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, diagrams, reports, software and the Dark Pools name and logo, belongs to Dark Pools or is used under licence. You may view, download and print pages for your own information or your organisation’s internal evaluation of our products and services, and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, modify or sell the content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
The names of clients, partners and other organisations mentioned on the website belong to their owners and are used only to describe our relationship with them. The photograph on the home page is used under the Unsplash licence and is credited in the footer.
05Acceptable use
When you use this website you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or test its security other than as set out in our responsible disclosure policy.
- Interfere with the website’s operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
- Use automated means to submit forms or bookings, or to copy content in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
06Enquiries and bookings
Information you send through the contact form or the booking calendar is handled as described in our privacy notice. Sending an enquiry or booking a meeting does not create an agreement between you and Dark Pools; any engagement is agreed separately in writing.
07Third-party services and links
Some features rely on third-party services, such as the Calendly booking calendar and Microsoft Teams meetings, and the website links to other sites, including our social media profiles. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
08Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
