Enrichment on arrival

Each signal is enriched as it lands. Its author resolves to an entity, place names are matched against a shared gazetteer, sentiment is scored, watch and keyword terms are matched, relevance to the declared mandate is banded and corroboration across lanes is recorded. Risk is broken into the factors that produced it, so an analyst can see why a signal ranks where it does.

One ontology, one entity store

People, organizations, accounts, devices, places, documents and events share one governed object model. Administrators declare object and link types, see how each is used in live data, and decide which governed actions, such as linking to a case, changing a risk band or proposing a merge, need a second person.

Entity resolution with a human gate

A standing scan proposes pairs of records that probably describe the same real-world subject. The analyst sees why they matched, the source grade of each record, a writing-style comparison and a dry run of exactly what a merge would move, then rules on the pair. Every merge is kept in a ledger and can be reversed.

Narratives, triggers and briefs

Signals cluster into narratives that run across lanes, with their growth tracked over time. Standing triggers fire on named conditions: a protected person named alongside hostile language, a narrative accelerating, several lanes reporting the same place within the hour, a new actor entering a watched conversation. Situation briefs summarize the picture for a shift or a principal.

Provenance on every record

Any record can be walked back to the post, page, report or model call it came from, and forward to every assessment and product built on it. Assertions keep their type, so a verified fact, a source statement, an analyst judgment and a model inference are never presented as the same thing.
