Social media intelligence as one discipline in the fused picture

Gov AI collects from Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram and WhatsApp in 11+ languages, including African languages that English-only tools miss. Every post enters the same fusion pipeline as messaging, press, broadcast and field reporting, so social media is read as one source among several rather than in isolation. Collection is scoped by a written mandate, and material outside it is labeled and kept rather than silently discarded.

What social media intelligence gives your team

Nine platforms, one pipeline

Posts, comments and channels from nine platforms are normalized into one signal format, so analysts filter, compare and search them the same way and each post can corroborate reporting from other lanes.

  • Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram and TikTok
  • Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Telegram and WhatsApp

Multilingual collection

Collection, keyword matching, sentiment and narrative grouping run across 11+ languages, so monitoring follows the conversations people actually have.

  • English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa and Sesotho
  • Setswana, Swahili, Shona, Ndebele and Portuguese

Standing watches

Register a watch once and matching posts are collected as they are published, with alerts raised while they still matter. Each watch shows its health, its next poll and whether it is still finding anything, so a silent watch is visible and is not mistaken for a quiet subject.

Relevance and the mandate

Each post is scored for relevance to the topics and subjects the mandate declares. Off-topic and off-mandate posts are labeled with the reason and kept, and analysts filter the stream by band instead of losing results.

Coordination detection

Find accounts that reuse each other’s wording, post in lockstep or amplify the same content, scored on duplication, timing, amplification, writing style and cadence. Every cluster goes to an analyst to rule on, because coordination is an inference about real accounts.

Origin tracing

Order near-identical posts by time to find the earliest one collected, how it spread, which platforms it crossed and how its wording drifted. The platform states plainly that the earliest collected post may not be the original, and shows where the collection window ends.

  2. 02CollectSearches, tracked queries and standing watches gather posts with author, time and place context.
  3. 03FilterRelevance scoring and keyword rules rank the stream, and off-mandate material is labeled rather than dropped.
  4. 04AnalyzeNarratives, coordination clusters and origin traces show what is spreading, who is behind it and how.
  5. 05FusePosts join the fusion pipeline, where authors resolve to entities and corroborate other lanes.
