Command and decision support, from first alert to recorded decision

Gov AI carries fused intelligence through to the decisions it informs. Alerts are prioritized with their reasons shown, indicators warn against thresholds agreed in advance, incidents are commanded from one board, and every decision is recorded with its evidence, the options considered and the rationale, then sealed. Duty desks, situation rooms, playbooks and ops-room wall displays keep the whole floor working from the same picture.

What decision advantage gives your team

Alert inbox with explained priority

Watchlist hits, claims, coordination clusters, keyword matches, fusion triggers and identity candidates arrive in one queue with a shared severity scale and visible deadlines. Each alert’s priority is broken down into its factors, and analyst rulings feed per-source precision so noisy rules get tuned.

Indicators and warning

Indicators are thresholds agreed in advance on measured series. The platform projects each series forward and shows the probability of a breach within the horizon beside the forecast’s own track record. Warning problems weigh competing hypotheses against indicator states, and alternative futures show which signposts are lighting.

Decision boards and decision points

A decision record holds the question, the evidence in view, the courses of action considered and the option a named person chose and why, sealed with a content hash. Decision points show when a decision must be taken and the latest time information is still of value, tied to priority intelligence requirements.

Incident command and playbooks

Related alerts are proposed as one incident for a person to confirm, with one commander, one status and an append-only log. Playbooks set out the stages a team follows for a situation, and each is tested against the workspace’s own recent data before it is enabled.

Duty desk, rooms and watch log

The duty desk shows who is on, what they hold and what is about to breach, and a shift closes with a handover the incoming officer accepts. Situation rooms take decisions as motions minuted from the record, and a hash-chained watch log records what the floor knew and when.

Wall displays and briefings

Ops-room screens show live tiles for alerts, fusion, warnings, incidents and the operating picture, each display paired securely to its room with a classification ceiling. Situation and shift briefs are composed from measured counts and delivered to authorized recipients.

How it works

From collection to decision

  1. 01DetectFusion triggers, watches and detection rules raise alerts with their evidence attached.
  2. 02PrioritizeThe inbox ranks alerts by explained priority and shows the deadline each one carries.
  3. 03WarnIndicators and warning problems show which thresholds are likely to be crossed, and how soon.
  4. 04CommandCorrelated alerts become incidents with a commander, a log, playbook stages and deconflicted orders.
  5. 05DecideA named person chooses a course of action on the record, with rationale and evidence, and the record is sealed.
