Signals-derived and human reporting, graded and fused with everything else

Gov AI integrates reporting from lawful signals collection and from people in the field into the same picture as open-source and geospatial intelligence. Field reports arrive in structured formats with a receipt and a chain of custody, are graded on the Admiralty scale and checked against what the platform already holds, while tasking orders, unit safety checks and requests for information connect the desk to the teams who collect. The platform does not intercept communications; it manages and fuses the reporting your authorized systems and officers produce.

What signals and human intelligence gives your team

Structured field reporting

Officers and teams submit spot reports in SALUTE format, suspicious activity reports, field interviews, contact reports and situation reports, at the desk or from a field device with a signed submission. Each report receives a receipt number, a precedence from flash to routine and a hash-verified custody chain.

Grading and corroboration

Every report is graded for source reliability and information credibility on the Admiralty scale, with the basis written down. The platform checks it against other reports, fused signals, unit positions and identifiers on file, such as plates and phone numbers, and counts only independent sources as corroboration.

SIGINT-derived reporting

Reporting from partner and lawful collection systems is recorded with its source type, classification, compartments and grade, and joins the provenance chain like any other source. Phone numbers can be enriched through directory and network-register lookups that return registration, home network and porting status.

Tasking and operations orders

Compose numbered orders in SMEAC form from live records, each paragraph citing the intelligence behind it. Before issue, a gate checks deconfliction, unit availability, a stated end state and a named legal basis and approval for every intrusive step; recipients acknowledge, and changes go out as versioned fragmentary orders.

Field units and safety net

A register of the teams and officers in the field holds their members, tasking and last known position with its age and uncertainty. Missed check-ins and duress escalate along a defined ladder, and a position inferred from a collection lane is never presented as a check-in.

Requests for information

Questions from investigators, patrols and partner agencies receive a reference and a latest-time-of-value deadline, and are checked against existing holdings before new collection is spent. Answers cite their records, are reviewed where required, are delivered within the requester’s clearance and are rated by the person who asked.
